Frequently asked questions

Who is this for?

For Christians looking who are looking for a different, holistic, faith based approach to not only get fit in body, but in mind, and spirit.

How does your product/service work?

Vanbar offers plans to meet you where you're at in your health and fitness journey and to fit your budget. Everything can be done right from home, no gym required. I focus on 4 Key Pillars: Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, and Physical Fitness. By growing each of these areas, we balance your body, mind, and spirit.

How is Vanbar different?

If you're tired of the same old approach to fitness and dieting, and want a simple, faith-based approach, then Vanbar is the way to go. I keep things simple, with workouts no more than 30 minutes, and you don't have to give up the foods you enjoy. We'll focus on building habits that are sustainable for long term success.

On top of that, in person training cost on average $60/session. If you follow the typical plan, that's 2 sessions a week (8 a month). That's...well you do the math (I got you, that's at least $480/month!). Plus you usually don't get nutritional guidance, and extra support in between sessions. Seems like a no brainer to me.

What if I have an injury?

I can work around an injury, but please make sure you're cleared by your physician to workout.
