I was chatting with one of buddies who I hadn’t seen in sometime and we grabbed lunch and began to catch up with each others lives. They commended me for staying in good shape, but said I had it easy because I worked in fitness. While that may be true, I mentioned to him that I don’t think that should be an excuse why he can’t work out. He may not have the time to work out as much as I do, but there is still time. I informed him that if working out was one of his priorities, that he’d make the time for it. We make time for the things that are most important to us.
